Hi, I’m Irene Anggreeni—your bridge between the technical mind and the thriving heart.
Fifteen years ago, I was living the “perfect” expat engineer life: degree in hand, promising career, and a social life. But inside, I was drowning—lonely, miserable, and battling constant anxiety until my mental health collapsed. Little did I know it at the time, that breakdown became my breakthrough.
Today, as a wellness leadership speaker and mental fitness coach, I help tech leaders navigate the same struggles I once faced. After 12+ years of international IT and research experience across Indonesia, Sweden, and the Netherlands, I understand our industry’s unique pressures—the relentless push for achievement, imposter syndrome, and the belief that your worth equals your output.
My mission: empowering the tech workforce with actionable strategies to build mental resilience that fuels peak performance without sacrificing health or happiness.
As a recovering hyperachiever, I’ve collected degrees along the way: MSc in Computer Science, PhD in Industrial Design Engineering, and Clinical Master in Dance Movement Therapy. This unique blend of analytical rigor and creative approach allows me to speak your language while addressing what traditional leadership development misses—the human element.
Originally from Indonesia, I now call Rotterdam home with my husband and our cat. In my free time, you’ll find me dancing Argentinian tango, swimming, or experimenting in the kitchen.
